Here in Örebro, we have their central warehouse and logistics center where we have the privilege of supporting with our student pool.

Academic Work's student pool at Elektroskandia's warehouse makes it easy to combine studies with work. You need to be available to work at least two shifts a week, and you can choose which days based on your school schedule. In the student pool, you will have about 15 colleagues who are all students just like you.

Job Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker at Elektroskandia, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Forklift driving and order picking
• Loading and unloading

In this assignment, you will work weekdays, and the working hours are scheduled during the day/mornings. It is important that you are flexible and can work daytime and morning shifts variably throughout the weeks during the semesters. You are expected to be available for work at least 2 shifts/week, which amounts to about 8-16 hours per week.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is a student at a post-secondary level with at least three full semesters left of your studies. This must be clearly stated in your application
• Is available for work throughout the summer
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• The work will be very physical, so it is important that you enjoy working with your body

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with reach trucks
• Access to a car for easy commuting to and from work
• Previously worked in similar roles in warehouses or terminals

Information

• Start: By agreement, ongoing during the spring
• Scope: You are expected to be available for work about 8-16 hours per week during the semesters. The requirement is to express interest for two shifts for each week
• Working hours: Shifts of 4-8 hours scheduled on weekdays between 06-16
• Location: Lindvallsgatan 1, Örebro
• Forklift training: We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, drive, and ambition as well as your motivation for obtaining a forklift license. After signing the contract, you will be offered forklift training followed by an introduction at Elektroskandia
• Other information: During the recruitment process, a background check and credit report will be conducted according to routine at Elektroskandia
